There are two prinicipal entrepreneurs who started Tax Strategy, Inc. We have succesfully operated small businesses and are believers in the American dream. We are also mothers who care about our families and have strong beliefs about instilling good values in the next generation. Here is a closer look at who we are:

Jean Howard
Jean has been involved in the employee benefits and financial services market since 1997. She is currently assisting a reputable property and casualty business in Utah to develop their employee benefits markets. Jean grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and worked with her siblings in the family businesses. Her passion is her five children. When she has a spare moment, she likes hiking, gardening and reading good books.
